A spacious lounge with comfortable twin sofas separated with a storage chest that provides a pull out coffee/occasional table. Plenty of room to seat up to 6 adults. Lots of natural light from the surrounding windows and skylight, all fitted with blinds and flyscreens as well as colour coordinated curtains. TV points to the front and on the central side shelf gives options for siting and viewing of a TV to either end of the lounge area dependent on preference. Not short on storage with overhead storage lockers to three sides and underneath the sofas. The sofas offer lots of comfort and support and have end cushions to both ends. Sleeping options as two single beds or using the pull out central base to convert swiftly to a large double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a duel fuel hob, oven, grill, sink, microwave and large fridge and separate freezer. Storage above and below with overhead lockers and cupboard and draw storage, Pull out wire racks and cutlery drawer making great use of the space.
The main bedroom with fixed transverse bed delivers home from home comfort. Individual reading lights and subtle under shelf lighting give a nice feel as the night draws in. Wardrobe and cupboard and draw space to either side of the bed and a corner vanity unit with TV point and bracket to provide a further option for siting a TV. The bedroom can be separated from the main living area with a pull across concertina privacy screen and provides an ensuite bedroom feel with the washroom facilities to the rear.
A sliding door opens to reveal a spacious and well equipped washroom. A Dometic toilet with electric flush, sink with vanity mirror and storage for all you need to keep you clean and a separate shower cubicle. A radiator provides heating and a useful robe and towel hook is fitted to the back of the door.
