This is a stunning one owner example and a credit to them as it has been kept in tip top condition and if you didn't know this was a 2017 model you would believe you have stepped into a brand new caravan. Complete with a full service history the caravan has had new tyres fitted in February 2023 and the the heating fluid refreshed on the last service.

Stepping into the rear quarter you have the capacious washroom to your right. Toilet, large wash basin with vanity mirror and storage, and a separate shower cubicle gives you all the comforts of home. Turning back into the main body of the caravan you have the kitchen with full oven and grill, duel fuel hob (3x gas burners and 1x electric hotplate), microwave oven, sink and under counter fridge with freezer box. Plenty of storage above and below to cater for all your food and cooking utensils.
Opposite is a useful dinette that cleverly and quickly converts into a double bunk bed. Great sleeping accommodation for the younger members of the household or to leave as a great dining spot for couples. Again plenty of storage with overhead lockers. Separating the dinette from the large lounge up front is a convenient TV shelf with sockets for 230v and 12v supply as well as the TV aerial and satellite point. You also have the controls for the Alde heating system conveniently placed here too.
Two large sofas face onto each other with a central storage unit with pull out shelf to extend the top into a useful coffee table. The soft and sprung sofa bases provide a comfortable place to stretch out and relax and with the addition of the storable dining table the space turns into a large family dining area. Enough space for 6 to sit around to eat and drink or play cards and board games. Storage again is plentiful with overhead lockers all round and access to the built in radio and extending TV aerial.
The lounge also becoming the main bedroom with options for converting to two large single beds (6' x 2'4") or a huge double bed (6'7" x 4'11"). A simple operation to slide out the extendable base and flatten down the cushion bases takes you from lounge to bedroom in a matter of a couple of minutes.
Ready to roll away and start creating your own memories and adventures the caravan is supplied with all you need to get started including a gas bottle, EHU cable, Aquaroll and Wastemaster with additional security from the hitch lock. Not pictured but newly fitted with a motor mover to ease movement and siting.
