Motorhome Depot Shrewsbury & Mid-Wales are delighted to offer this spacious 2 Berth Caravan from Coachman. A mid range Amara means it comes with a good specification and level of trim and includes the added safety of Alko ATC control system. Comfortable and bright with a light and airy feel throughout this is a great caravan for a couple to enjoy some adventures on the open road. First registered in 2013 the caravan has had two owners from new and is in excellent condition all round.
Has had a complete habitation service in July 2023 with replacement gas regulator and hose, in line with regulations, as well as a brand new 110Ah Leisure Battery and fresh 2023 Yokohama tyres with Tyron Bands for added security and safety.
Plenty of space in the open plan kitchen/lounge layout with a large and spacious end washroom. The washroom facilities are true home from home comfort with a flushing cassette toilet, sink and vanity unit and separate shower. An overhead skylight and rear window with blinds allows plenty of natural light to flood in. There is plenty of storage too with a large double wardrobe with internal shelving and two drawers to the base. Under the sink there is a large cupboard and a further wall cupboard to the side. The folding dining table also has its own convenient storage cupboard tucked to the side of the washroom.
In the main habitation area there is a fully fitted kitchen that will satisfy the most discerning of cooks with a full oven and grill with duel fuel hob above (3x gas burners and 1x electric hotplate). A sink and drainer with hot and cold water, a three way under counter fridge and freezer with Microwave oven and storage lockers above. Plenty of drawer and cupboard storage for all your food and cooking utensils too. There are two TV points to allow positioning of a TV on the central work surface above the fridge or at the front of the caravan on the central chest with pull out coffee table extension.
The lounge comprises two large sofas to both sides of the caravan with the central chest of drawers and pull out table extension. This providing a great surface to eat, work or play games on. The larger foldable dining table can be used to easily accomodate 4 adults should you need more space or wish to entertain or extend the capacity and versatility of the van as with the addition of an awning with bedroom pods, this caravan is capable of comfortably supporting 4/5 people making it an ideal starter caravan too for a young family. The sofas can be swiftly converted to provide 2 single beds or a large double bed. Overhead lockers to both sides and under sofa storage add more space for all your bits and pieces. All windows and the main habitation door are fitted with blinds and flyscreens as are the ceiling skylights.
Externally there are the usual access points to the leisure battery and electric hook-up, toilet cassette and flush tank as well as a wet locker with 230V socket (to provide electric to the outside or to an awning). This caravan also has an external gas BBQ outlet for al fresco cooking. The spacious front locker holds the gas bottle (space for two) and room for all your essential caravan accessories such as EHU cable, Hitch Lock, and tools. The caravan is fitted with a Power Evolution Motor Mover to make manouevering an absolute doddle.
