A flushing toilet, sink and vanity unit with storage under and a separate shower cubicle provide home from home comforts.
Plenty of natural light throughout from the large side windows and overhead skylight in the lounge. Curtains, blinds and flyscreens fitted to all windows with a flyscreen to the main door. Removable carpets are fitted and are in as new condition as have previously not been used.
Externally there is access lockers to storage under the nearside sofa and bed with a wet tray fitted to the rear locker. The usual points for 230V electric hook up and water as well as external BBQ and electric point and separate motormover switch.
