Lounge area with U shape sofas seats. Centre pull-out coffee and draws. Sofas convert to make a large double bed.
Centre kitchen with hobs, grill, full oven, sink, draining area, 3-way fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor roof fan, cupboards and draws.
Centre washroom with hand washbasin, shower and cassette toilet.
Opposite centre dinette with removable centre table. Dinette converts into single bed or bunk beds.
Rear fixed bunk beds with built in cupboards and lights. Bottom bunk lifts to provide rear garage for bulky items.
Spec includes motormover, electric-gas heating and hotwater, drop down carpets, ALKO anti-sway hitch and alloy wheels.
Problems are as follows.
Damp around centre of front windows. Both edges are dry. New wallboard for centre section and woodwork as required. See photo.
Crack in shower tray needs sealing/supporting in order to use shower. See photo.
No other major issues, some low damp readings in floor but everywhere is very solid and firm.
This caravan has a lot of life left to give to the right owner who can remedy the issues. The caravan will be sold as seen for spares or repair.
