Welcome to the sale of this 2019 LMC Exquisite VIP 685 twin axle 5 berth caravan which has the ever popular rear island bed with a centre washroom and kitchen and also features a 4x4 motor mover.
Starting with the rear of the caravan where you have the well sort after large washroom which consists of a separate shower on one side with the toilet and washbasin opposite along with storage cupboards and shelves with a good sized mirror on the other. This area can also be closed off from the front half of the caravan for that required privacy.
As we move through the caravan, there is the spacious master bedroom which includes the popular island bed. In this room there is plenty of storage from the overhead cabinets as well as drawers and wardrobe on either side of the bed. In the roof is a large skylight which along with the windows flood the room with natural light.
Now we come to the kitchen area which includes a Thetford oven with 3 ring gas, 1 electric ring hob supplied from the gas bottle located in the front storage locker. Next to the cooker is the sink with draining board with several drawers underneath along with additional cupboards and storage space. adjacent to the cooker is the large Dometic fridge with freezer compartment with the microwave just above.
Opposite the kitchen is the centre dinette which offers a lovely seating/dining area that also converts to a single bed. At the front of this beautiful caravan is the spacious U shape lounge so you are never short of seating options plus plenty of storage in the overhead lockers and a good sized flat screen TV in this area too.
One of the beauties of the LMC range is the interior feeling of space, partly due to the front U shape sofas but equally due to the use of furnishings and fabrics that are light and cheerful along with the incredible windows and sunroofs that flood this beautiful caravan with natural light. As we come to the centre lounge, there are a 2 single sofas down each side the slide out to make the extremely large second double bed. Along with the extendable table on top of the drawers at the front, there is also a large separate dining table.
