Caavan Depot Wrexham and Gwynedd are please to be able to offer this one owner 2./4 Berth Caravan from Elddis. The special edition Sherwood 454 is based on the top of the range Avante series. One owner from new and is packed with additional features over and above the standard model. These include ATC Traction Control, Silver Sides, Pleated Binds and uprated furnishings including the fixed bed headboard with additional ambient underlighting, heavy duty steadies, Stargazer rooflight, service lights to A Frame and offside, 240v external access socket to provide power to an awning/outside, external BBQ point and Motor Movers. In addition the base caravan weight is a lightweight 1182Kg but total payload is increased to 318Kg (1500Kg MPTLM). A full habitation service history is provided with the last service in June 2025. The caravan condition is a credit to the current owners.
A modern layout designed to maximise space with an L Shaped lounge that provides two good sized sofas with storage under. Additional storage in overhead lockers. Lots of natural light from the large windows and overhead skylight. The drop in table provides a great space to dine and entertain and a large TV shelf to one side can accomodate a large screen TV with ease. TV point and USB points to the corners. Officially a 2 berth caravan the size of the lounge sofas would accomodate a third (adult) and possibly 4th (child) berth. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3 burner gas hob and electric hotplate, oven with separate grill, microwave oven, sink with mixer tap, 3 way fridge with freezer box and pull out cutlery drawer with additional prep board built in. Storage in the overhead lockers and under oven cupboard. A private washroom offers a flushing cassette toilet, basin with mixer tap with vanity mirror above, overhead shower and storage.
To the rear is a fabulous fixed island bed with premium Hypnos mattress. Hanging wardrobes and drawers and pull out side tables to both sides, two corner storage units with vanity mirror and TV point and the bed lifts on gas struts to gain access to the large underbed space.
Externally there are the usual locker storage to the front, housing the gas bottle and side access to the under sofa and underbed storage allowing retrival of outdoor items such as walking boots, chairs and tables etc. Along with the leisure battery locker and 230v electric hook-up there is the water filling point, external BBQ point and external 230v socket. Motor movers are fitted. Heating and hot water via the duel fuel Whale system.
