Compass Omega 574, 2014 model, 4 Berth with Fixed Single Beds and Large End Washroom. First registered 8th May 2014 and just two owners from new, just fully serviced in July 2021 and it will come with the certification, brand new tyres fitted 6th July 2021 and the great benefit of Powertouch Motor Movers.

Step inside and the lounge area is to your left, with two parallel sofas and a centre cabinet with fold out occasional table. This area easily converts to a double bed in the evening, there are upper aircraft style lockers and under seat storage available, a HEKI II sunroof provides plenty of daylight. One of the lockers has a Pioneer CD Tuner for your musical entertainment.

The kitchen is well specified with a stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a dual fuel hob with three gas burners and an electric hotplate under a glass lid, a gas grill and oven beneath, a Dometic 3-way powered fridge with freezer-box, a built-in Daewoo microwave oven, plus there's plenty of cabinets and cupboards to store away your holiday provisions.

The main feature is the bedroom, with two fixed single beds, upper aircraft style cabinets and under-bed storage available, a concertina privacy screen sections off the bedroom at night or use to create personal space. Both beds raise up on gas struts to reveal large storage space beneath, the near-side can be accessed via an external locker door.

The washroom has a good sized separate shower cubicle with folding perspex door, a designer style wash-basin with chrome mixer tap, a mirror above and cupboard below, a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush, plus a cabinet above the toilet.

ALDE gas and electric central heating by radiators and hot water heating, wood effect flooring with loose fit removable carpets, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door. A large double door wardrobe with hanging rail and storage drawers beneath.

Outside you have alloy wheels with new tyres fitted on 6th July 2021, PowerTouch motor movers, roof mounted TV aerial, solar panel, gas locker to front, gas BBQ point, 240v socket, storage locker that accesses the near side under bed storage area, another locker that accesses the near-side under sofa storage area, plus an ALKO ATC hitch for safer towing. There is an underslung spare wheel, which is lockable to prevent theft. The bottom of the near-side rear awning rail is slightly creased, nothing major.

The owner has full sized air awning available by separate negotiation. It is a Dorema Daytona Air, which cost £1599 when new, there are side skirts and ground matting with it.
