Immaculate 4 berth top of the range Adria caravan with Alde wet heating which has hardly been used and certainly has the "Wow!" factor.
Sleeping accommodation comprises a large transverse island double bed towards the rear of the caravan, just in front of the washroom which occupies the width of the rear, with cassette w.c. and attractive vanity unit, cupboards and a separate full height shower unit. At the front of the caravan is the luxuriously fitted front lounge which quickly converts to another large double. A concertina type partition ensures privacy and separation between the two halves of the vehicle.
The kitchen is very well equipped with three ring gas hob over a separate grill and oven. In addition there is a microwave, large sink and mixer tap and opposite a very large fridge with freezer box, preparation space and ample cupboards and lockers. The front lounge area has built in headrests in the corners, a standalone table which can be used for dining/socialising either in the van itself or in the awning (available by separate negotiation - see below *.)
All windows and skylights have fly screens and night shades. There are various options to choose from to vary lighting in the van and there is an Adria media control in the lounge area with speakers.
Externally is a gas bbq point, hitch lock, wheel lock, storage for gas bottle (supplied) and all the other bits and pieces required for a successful caravan trip. The van itself has electronic stability control and an alarm. It is Cris registered and one owner from new. The van has a full service history.
