Layout;
Starting at the rear is the desirable fixed Island Bed, being an 8 foot wide caravan, there is enough room to get all around the bed at all times. This bedroom has plenty of storage around the bed and underneath with a power point and tv socket on the back wall. The bedroom can be completely closed off from the rest of the caravan.
In the middle is a large spacious bathroom, compromising of a separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin plus a mirror and ample storage. This area can be completely closed off from the front and rear of the caravan.
Towards the front of the caravan, opposite the door is the kitchen area, this has everything needed to cook up a hearty meal, including an oven and separate grill, 3 burner gas hob with an electric hot plate, integrated microwave, large fridge freezer and a mixer tap and sink with storage above and below plus power sockets and more storage.
At the front is the seating area with 2 sofas, these make into a double bed for evening time if required, there’s windows around and a beautiful large roof light that allows lots of natural light in, plus storage, this has been upgraded to a U shape lounge, the original drawer set is also included with the caravan if that is your preferred set up, this area has a power socket, USB sockets and a TV socket + 12V opposite near the door.
In short, this is a great 1 owner caravan that’s been well maintained and has a very desirable layout.
