Very well maintained and super quality caravan for either a luxury 2 berth or family holiday caravan.
Sleeping accommodation can be found in the forward double, quickly made up from the front dinette and two rear 6 feet singles so kids can go to bed in the singles and parents can continue socialising in the dinette area. Adjacent to the singles is a good sized rear washroom which has a Thetford cassette w.c. and full height shower, washbasin, vanity unit and large wardrobe. The kitchen is very well equipped with hob (3 x gas and one electric ring), grill and separate oven, microwave, extended preparation area, sink with mixer tap, large fridge incorporating a freezer unit and masses of storage with proper quality facias and openings.
The caravan is so well equipped you could turn up with your food and drink and PJ's and just go on holiday - extras include: Rimini Air awning with carpet, curtains and storage unit, hook up cable, water connectors, Aquaroll, waste carrier, 4 arm drier, sundry kitchen equipment to include toaster, winter cover, front travel cover, spare wheel, 2 reclining chairs, gas bottles.
There is an auto mover, wheel lock and hitch lock for added security. Every window and roof light has a fly screen and night shade including the entrance door which is a stable door type. Lockers can be accessed under seat or externally and there is an external 3 pin socket which affords the opportunity to add lighting/heating to the awning (subject to 240v of course). The 2023 habitation report is pending but 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2018 are available for viewing. The vehicle has had two new tyres in April.
