Caravan Depot presents a rare opportunity to purchase an Adria Axcess Adora Caravan which has been fully adapted for a wheelchair by Lewis Reed (WAV) Ltd.
Purchased New from Lewis Reed in May 2015 and with only one owner from new, this caravan provides all of the essentials and comforts required for wheelchair users. Adaptions include an extra wide entrance door, level access shower including roll over toilet, a drop-down roll under washbasin and a raised fixed double bed with brand new, unused mattress and storage underneath.
For access you have the choice of a sectional full length fibreglass access ramp system for touring or seasonal pitch use or a lightweight removable slide out access ramps for touring. Both are included.
To the front of the Caravan is a spacious L-shaped lounge with removable dining table. This lounge area easily converts into a comfortable double bed to make up the 4 berths.
The central kitchen area consists of a full stove with separate oven & Grill and a 3-burner Gas Hob, a full sink with Chrome Mixer Tap, a Microwave and a large Fridge with separate Freezer.
To the rear is the bedroom with a fixed double bed and level access bathroom both with curtain screens. The bathroom has a full shower and a Thetford Toilet. Opposite, neatly stowed away, is the Drop-down hand Washbasin.
The Caravan also benefits from Truma Blown Air Heating, Tinted windows and Sunroof with blackout blinds and fly screens fitted to all windows and sky lights, Digital aerial with Integrated tv aerial sockets and full LED lighting. As well as a 240v hook up there is the facility for a 110v interior electric supply.
This Caravan has Alloy wheels with new tyres fitted in 2021, a Spare wheel, a Power Touch Evolution Auto engaging caravan motor mover, AL-KO stabilised hitch, ATC AL-KO Trailer control, Hitch lock, full wheel clamp, Levelling ramps, Jack pads and lightweight caravan step.
The Caravan has been serviced annually which includes a damp test. The last test was carried out on 3oth March 2022. A CRIS Plus Microdot system has been installed as well a remote controlled Alarm.
