The Adria Astella 613 HT Amazon caravan from Slovenia’s finest leisure manufacturer.This stylish modern caravan is appealing inside and out from its silver livery to stylish interior furniture & fittings.With only two owners from new the last habitation service was carried out 05/23 ready to go to a new home.
We enter the caravan on the near side front, immediately to the left of the habitation door is the large front Kitchen which reeks of modern styling! With a central stainless steel sink & hob unit directly in front of the front window for unobscured views while cooking.The sink is oblong with a chrome mixer tap and the hob a 3 gas burner unit.As in modern kitchens the units stretch from floor to ceiling to the right incorporating the fridge with oven above.The fridge a Thetford 3 way unit that can automatically be powered by 240v, 12v or gas depending whether you are wild camping or plugged in on site it also benefits from a freezer box.The oven is full size and benefits from a separate grill.
Moving rear is a centrally situated lounge with an L shaped 3 seater sofa on the off side and a 2 seater by the door.The upholstery is sumptuous full leather and there is a free standing table.At night the 3 seater sofa can be pulled out and made into a small occasional double bed for guests using a combination of sofa cushions as the mattress.There is a hanging wardrobe which incorporates the TV aerial and booster box.
Moving rear again is the main bedroom area which can be sectioned off from the front with a concertina partition door.The beds are singles either side of the gangway and can be inclined at the head end whilst reading in bed, there is storage either side under the beds.
To the rear is a large full with width bathroom which consists of a central white sink, chrome mixer tap with vanity unit.On the off side a Thetford cassette style toilet with electric flush.On the opposite side is a separate shower unit with Perspex doors to close.
Heating & Hot Water are supplied by Alde Heating combination boiler.This is wet system like your home system.It can be powered by Gas & 240v.
